Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit dirty with dead flies, but the beds were comfortable. The size of the room was quite small for my liking. On the plus side, the service was exceptional with very well-trained and friendly staff covering all the bases. The location was convenient, although more in a business district than a tourist area. The dining options were just okay, nothing too impressive.
The hotel had a very dirty room with dead flies on the floor, which was quite small. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although the location was good and safe, it was more in a business district. The dining experience was rated the worst, while the service covered all the basics well. Overall, the hotel had some drawbacks with the cleanliness and room size but excelled in service and staff friendliness.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although small and with some cleanliness issues like dead flies on the floor, had comfortable beds and provided a quiet atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering various services like room service, laundry, and even a welcome drink. The location in Providencia was great as it was centrally located, right in front of plenty of cafes and restaurants. However, the dining experience was below expectations, especially with regards to the cheese rolls served in the hotel.
